Returns Policy

We will initiate a refund or return if we get necessary evidence that plants/other items were damaged during transit or was in defective state when you received it. You can make a video of unboxing to make sure the plants/items reached healthy. You will get full refund to your account within 7 business days or we can resend your items as per your request. If you get a defective product please email us to care@suluzorchids.com with a photograph of the defective item within 24 hours.

You cannot cancel an order once its placed and paid for. Since packing and preparation of your order begins the moment the order is placed. Once plants are taken from our farm it will be difficult for us to transport it back to our farm. So cancellation of an order once placed is not allowed.
