If your plant arrives damaged:

  1. Record a video clearly showing the damage.

  2. Send the video to us via WhatsApp at +91 7034 016968 within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll either:

  • Replace the plant, or

  • Refund the full amount, as per your choice.

Please note:
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify the cause of damage beyond this timeframe.

We cover all physical damages that occur during transit, as long as they are reported promptly.
